Random rubble dry stone walling Charge rate of $600.oo per sq metre sandstone and granite (Freestanding to .5mtrs wide and 1.8mtrs high) **Higher rate applies to walling over 1.8mtr high** Definition; random rubble dry stone. (Freestanding) Is ideal for boundary walling, entrances, buildings, feature bridges. ** It is cost effective in that the stone is relatively inexpensive and my charge includes both sides of the wall. Solid stone wall ** (You only pay for one side saving you $$$$ per sq metre , compared to a two sided single skin rate BELOW) ----------------------------- SINGLE SIDED .. Random rubble dry stone walling Charge rate of $400.oo per sqm sandstone and granite (single skin, Facades) **Higher rate applies to projects over 1.8mtrs high** Definition; random rubble dry stone. (Single skin facade) Is used to clad concrete blockwork to give the look of a solid stone wall. Can also be a horizontal surface such as flagging, cobblestone paving also can be retaining terraced garden walling . --------------------------------- BLOCK.. walling and random block walling (rockface finish) Charge rate of $600 oo per sq metre (Freestanding to .3 metres) Definition; Block walling New or demolition stone is laid to courses of stone (usually 12in h) Random block varies in course heights to bring out the feature stones Block walling can be freestanding (Garden walling, entrances, for signs and solid stone houses) or used to skin brickwork for houses, chimneys and general facade work. --------------------------------------- ** DAY RATE of $1000.oo applies to projects under 5 sq metres.** -------------------------------------- *** Restoration and Carving rate of $1000.oo per day names, numbers, dates and motifs -------------------------------------- The prices above are for labour ONLY building with GRANITE and SANDSTONE. Sourcing STONE for your project is included but NOT paying for it.- |

NSW sandstone is personally sourced, hand selected, hand cut and laid but usually delivered by the seller, depending on application. |
